REAL ESTATE PHOTOGRAPHY PRICING:

Package: - Includes up to 30 full-frame, professional-level, still photographs. Based on your specific requirements, photographs can include - front of property, sides, back, property special features, interior rooms, halls, garage, offices, sunrooms, yard, pool, etc. This package does include editing, enhancements, re-sizing, and the photographs are delivered on-line via DropBox, or uploaded directly to your own server, or on a memory card.

Package - Starts at $200.00 - Varies based on size of property and any special requirements.

NOTE: Package is customizable, can be tailored to your specific requirements.

SERVICE AREA: We primarily provide services in the North San Diego County, California area. Additional charges may apply to areas that go beyond a 20 mile radius from the home location in Oceanside, California (Fire Mountain area - Hwy 78 - Exit 1C, Jefferson Street exit).

PAYMENTS: Payment via cash, check, or Zelle, is appreciated when the job is completed.

PHOTOGRAPHY USAGE AND COPYRIGHTS: Customer shares full rights of the photography with us. We reserve the right to use the photography as well - Samples or portfolio items, etc., unless other arrangements are agreed to prior to the photography shoot.
